Responsible Use

Intelligence software should support lawful, accountable decisions.

CyberSaathi is positioned for authorized investigative and security workflows. Access to data and use of platform capabilities must follow applicable law, organizational policy and valid authority.

This page is product-policy positioning, not legal advice. Final production wording should be reviewed for the jurisdictions and customers in which CyberSaathi is offered.

Authorized use

Users and organizations are responsible for ensuring that data is obtained, processed and used under appropriate authority. CyberSaathi should not be presented as a mechanism to circumvent telecom, platform, privacy or access controls.

Analytical leads are not automatically verified facts

Derived direction, correlation, approximate location and other analytical outputs should be visually identified as such. Field verification and source validation remain important where decisions depend on accuracy.

Access and accountability

Operational deployments should use authenticated accounts, appropriate session controls, logging and audit mechanisms based on the current product architecture and customer environment.

Data minimization and retention

Organizations should define what data is necessary for the authorized purpose, how long it should be retained and who should have access. CyberSaathi deployment settings and operational procedures should support those policies where technically applicable.

Product claims

The website should advertise only capabilities present in the current release. Experimental, planned or algorithmically approximate functionality should be identified accurately rather than being described as guaranteed or precise.
